Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through the Dpublish CMS platform operated by Decipher Consultancy Services. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

info Subscription Model

Dpublish CMS operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model. Subscriptions are available on:

• Monthly billing: Charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Annual billing: Charged as a lump sum at the beginning of the subscription year (discounted rate)

check_circle Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:

Service not delivered	Full refund	If we fail to set up your website within 7 business days of payment and confirmed requirements
Duplicate payment	Full refund of duplicate	If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
Prolonged downtime	Pro-rata credit	If platform uptime falls below 95% in a calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance)
Annual plan - early cancellation	Pro-rata refund	If cancelled within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, refund for unused months minus one month's fee

block Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• One-time setup and migration fees (work already performed)
• Custom feature development charges
• Domain registration fees (third-party cost)
• SSL certificate fees (third-party cost)
• Monthly subscriptions after the billing cycle has started
• Annual subscriptions after the 30-day cancellation window
• Revenue share settlements already processed

cancel Cancellation Process

To cancel your Dpublish CMS subscription:

1. Send a written cancellation request to info@decipherconsultancy.in with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation"
2. Include your registered business name, website URL, and reason for cancellation
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
4. A 60-day notice period applies from the date of acknowledgment (as per our Terms of Service)

Upon cancellation and completion of the notice period:

• Content export: We will provide a full data export of your articles, images, and media within 15 business days
• Google Analytics: Access to your analytics account will be transferred back to you
• Data retention: Your content is retained for 30 days post-termination to allow migration, after which it is permanently deleted
• Revenue: Any pending revenue share will be settled within 45 days of cancellation

To request a refund for an eligible scenario:

1. Email info@decipherconsultancy.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include: your business name, invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason for refund
3. We will review your request within 5 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

gavel Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request:

• You may escalate the matter by writing to info@decipherconsultancy.in with the subject "Refund Escalation"
• We will assign a senior team member to review within 7 business days
• If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and settled through arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana as per our Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscribers will be notified via email of any material changes. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that transaction.
